Shipping and Returns Policy
Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:
USA: 5 to 8 business days
EU: 5 to 8 business days
UK: 5 to 8 business days
Canada: 6 to 12 business days
Rest of World: 10-20 business days **
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
** International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country,
and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Our High Quality Guarantee
All of our custom-printed products are fulfilled by Printful and are carefully inspected for quality. We will reprint any flawed or damaged item free of charge or refund your money.
In the rare event that you receive a defective item please email us immediately at email@example.com.
Please provide a photo detailing the damage/ defect of the item with as much detail as possible.
Any request for a refund or replaced item because of poor quality must be received within 28 days of purchase. Outwith 28 days, no refund or replacement item can be offered.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
All requests for modifications must be made within 24 hours of ordering. Any requests outside of 24 hours will not be accepted.

If you have been issued a refund, please allow 3 to 5 days for the funds to clear in your account. If the funds do not appear after 10 days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Custom Printed Items Sizing Refund Policy
Our products are custom printed/designed products with sizes that are generally non-refundable and are not normally eligible for return or exchange.
In the rare event that you ordered the incorrect size or the product does not fit properly, it is at our discretion to waive this policy based on the circumstances.
To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate sizing charts on each of our product specifications pages for customer reference.
Customer Shipping Address Responsibility Policy
In the event that enter the wrong shipping information and a package is returned to us, you are solely responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item/order re-shipped to the new/correct shipping address.
Tingletastic cannot accept responsibility for wrong shipping information entered during customer checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before you submit your order. We want to make sure that you get your package safe and sound to your front door.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Order never arrived
If your order didn’t arrive, be sure to let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If
the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address,
however, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at email@example.com making sure you quote your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
To return your product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
